I recorded my voice while watching and listening to sad stuff to force real crying out of me. This way i can have real crying clips for stock instead of trying to fake it. I am honestly surprised that i wasn't crying harder. I think i was trying to hold myself back for fear a neighbor would think something was actually wrong. Oh, and i know my crying is ugly, please don't make fun of it.

This was a happy accient. I was charging a drone battery though an adapter with overvoltage protection, which started beeping and increasing in frequency as the battery got close to full charge. Recorded on february 9, 2001 in an old appartment complex lobby on the 2nd floor. We held a fundraiser for a local charity and it included a place for people to get together, play board games and an n64 was set up. The sound features three people including myself playing a multiplayer level of donkey kong, people chatting, the heater running, elevator, faint backgroudn music and the sounds of the nearby hallway.

Original sound captured using a zoom h5 recorder and a rode nt5 microphone. Cut and reversed in ocenaudio. Timestretching and filtering (pro-filter, talk wah) applied using reaper. So when i launched audacity within gentoo linux, a strange ground loop occurred. However, adjusting the volume settings within alsamixer caused the ground loop to become different per volume settings. The higher the volume, the less noise is produced; the lower the volume, the more noise is produced. I hereby proclaim this into the public domain, no restrictions! have fun, y'all!.
